1. This contest is open only to all Indian nationals presently domiciled/residing in India except the Directors, Employees, Staff, and their relatives of Allen Solly, its group companies, subsidiaries and joint ventures.
2. This contest commences on 22nd September, 2009 and shall be valid through 23rd October, 2009 (both days inclusive).
3. Contestants who submit their entries should register through this site to become eligible for a prize. Contestants should ensure that their contact details are correct - mobile number & email. This is to ensure that we are able to contact you in case you win.
4. Every contestant is eligible to win the weekly prize only once during the contest duration.
5. The contest winners would be declared by Allen Solly.
6. The decision of Allen Solly as regards eligibility, results, prizes and other relevant issues related to this contest shall be final and binding on contestants.

Allen Solly reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations, discontinue or terminate this contest at any point without prior notice and shall not be liable to any person or entity for any such modification, discontinuation or termination. Allen Solly will in no event be liable for any damages - direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential arising out of the use of, or payments based on information contained in the contest.
8. Winners will be directly contacted by Allen Solly via the e-mail address provided by them.
9. Prizes are neither transferable, nor en-cashable or exchangeable.
10. Each participant consents to the use of information supplied by the participant in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the participant, by Allen Solly and their affiliates.
11. These Terms & Conditions of the contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this offer.
12. Allen Solly does not accept responsibility for undelivered entries, notifications or communications or for any technical failure, malfunction or difficulty or for any event which may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted.
